The only thing scary about this Halloween was my swim. I did a 1/2 mile at Wellbridge late this afternoon and then headed home to get ready for the trick or treaters. I plan on reading the Total Immersion book in order to improve upon my swimming this winter. I know that I will not make up significant time here but I would like to become a better swimmer.
My right foot still feels like it is kicking out to the right when I run and when I walk. I am going to work on straightening it back out by getting on the nordic track. This is going to take some doing but I think that it is important to correct this before it leads to other problems.
