Lunch - Decision 2005!

The powers that be gathered at 1215pm today at Almonds restaurant in Clayton to set the agenda for next year. After enjoying a cup of seafood gumbo we got down to business. There were multiple races to choose from and many decisions to be made. Tom Rosenthal wanted to do them all. He suggested doing several half ironman competitions followed by the New York City Marathon. Fortunately, Mike Pepper and I were able to calm him down and bring him back to reality.
When it was all said and done we selected VINEMAN as our premiere race for 2005.
We confirmed our decision with the staff (Nancy and Mona) at the St. Louis Marathon office and they seemed very supportive. Training will begin on a gradual basis in the near future. A full training schedule will be released as we near the crucial training period. In the meantime, sit back, relax and go online on Monday, November 1st to register for VINEMAN 2005.
