Yoga term acknowledging that there is a power in the universe greater than us.
I have now gone to Yoga three Monday evenings in a row and can honestly say that I am really enjoying Nathane's class. This has got to help with my overall flexibility and strength. She is a great teacher. I don't know that I am getting any better at this but it provides a nice cross-training option early in the week. |
