To Coach Or Not To Coach

That is the question. We had another meeting of the minds lunch today at the Bread Company to ponder the hiring of Rich Rosenstein as our coach.

I have now gone to Yoga three Monday evenings in a row and can honestly say that I am really enjoying Nathane's class. This has got to help with my overall flexibility and strength. She is a great teacher. I don't know that I am getting any better at this but it provides a nice cross-training option early in the week.
