It's Frickin' Cold

Now this is what I call a fun day. A 12 mile run in -10 degree temps followed by a birthday celebration dinner at Sidney Street Cafe. It just doesn't get much better than this. I will say this though, it was frickin' cold out there this morning. This was not a morning for the warm blooded. Congrats to TPR, Pep, Vic, Rebecca, Tom & Nancy for braving the chilly temps. It took 45 minutes in the shower for my core body temperature to return to its normal state.
