JCCA Indoor Triathlon

Mark Gellman Productions once again put on a fabulous event out at the JCCA West. Their second annual Indoor Triathlon featured a 400 yard swim, an 8 mile bike on the trainer and a 2.5 mile stroll on the treadmill.
