Breckenridge Training Camp Apparel

Tuesday, May 29, 2007

As training camp moves to 10,000 feet above sea level for the 4th of July, I figured that it was time for some new training apparel. This casual line of t-shirts, shorts and mouse pads can be found by clicking here. Don't worry - there are plenty of items for your kids so that they too can look the part while we are RIDING THE ROCKIES up in Breckenridge!!! TEAM STL will be training hard, training smart and of course, training in very chic apparel out in Colorado.

University City Memorial Day Run

Monday, May 28, 2007

Now this is what it is all about - getting to run with Jack in the University City Memorial Day Run was great. We had so much fun doing the 10k together that he convinced me to keep going - so, we did the 5k as well. I am just happy that the photographer got a shot of ME pushing him instead of Pepper - I don't know how I would explain that one to Suzy!

Coach LUC

Sunday, May 27, 2007

Coach Luc looking strong at the German Championships this past weekend. Luc finished 7th overall. Look for him in Switzerland next week at the 70.3 series. Also, look for TPR, Pep and me to start racing in RED SHOES - this is the key to better performance.

The King & The Kid

Monday, May 21, 2007

Bill said it correctly - the amazing weekend was made possible by not only great weather but having everyone there to race and represent TEAM STL. It was a great time that would only have been made better if our jerseys would have arrived. Oh well, look for our team apparel at Innsbrook! To say that there was a shattering of past records would be an understatement. Everyone did awesome but remember, this is only one step down the road that leads to Ironman. Despite personal records, the best part of the weekend was the BBQ lunch that followed. Forget the metals and bring on the BBQ baby!!!

Let's Get Ready For Some BBQ!!!

It is time to ignite the burners and throw the ribs on the grill. Memphis is what separates the men from the boys. You can tell who is going to compete just by watching to see if they take their ribs wet or dry (or in Tommy's case - no ribs at all, just a salad please!). Click here for Bill Cragg's analysis of past Memphis In May performances.
