Took advantage of the spring like conditions on this first day of November and went for a 5 mile run around Wash Park at lunch.Evening spin to another episode of Miami Vice...

5X 3 minutes at 148-150 with 3 minute recovery
5 minute cool down
TOTAL=45 minutes
Gotta love the double workouts on Monday to get the week off to a great start!
