The long road back to peak condition began yesterday. That's right - I am back in the game!!! I went to a spinning class at the
Colorado Athletic Club with is located just 2 miles away from my office. This is the reciprical club to Wellbridge in St. Louis. It is a very nice, upscale club but the membership just doesn't compare to the likes of Vic Richey and company. I will say this though, while I do miss Vic, he has been replaced by a large, flat screen TV in the locker room which is pretty awesome. I fully expect Kenny Rosenthal to lobby the good folks at Wellbridge STL to put one of these in there!
